Matt and his team at Forever Electrical aren’t your average sparkies. Based in Dubbo and serving Central West NSW, they’re known for reliable work, plain-language explanations, and the kind of polite professionalism that makes clients feel at ease.

They already had a strong visual brand: trucks, uniforms, and cards looking sharp. Our job? Bring that energy online, build out the strategy, and turn their website into a hard-working, high-converting sales tool.

The brand was bold, but the digital presence needed to catch up. Matt wanted the site to:

• Build from existing brand elements with consistency and confidence

• Add a dose of fun with animated elements and custom illustrations

• Showcase the team, their services, and that signature Forever friendliness

• Be easy to use for clients in a hurry; especially those with urgent electrical needs

Animations, bright lines, and “let’s make this easy” UX.

We brought the brand to life with playful animations and interactive moments that mimic turning on the lights:

• Yellow lines pulse and guide the user through the site, drawing from the bulb element in the logo

• Dark-to-light hover effects create movement and surprise, without overwhelming the page

• Illustrated team avatars add warmth and give the business a face, not just a van

High-impact imagery provided by the team was strategically placed to build trust and give a behind-the-scenes look at the crew in action.

Functionality was just as important:

• Prominent call buttons appear throughout: because when your power’s out, you don’t want to scroll

• A deep on-site search offers lightning-fast answers and is cleverly designed to highlight relevant content—great for users and SEO

• Clear service breakdowns and visual filters help users find what they need quickly
