This stuff is gold for your copywriting - spend some time thinking about your answers here.
List each, then tell me why you are different to them.
eg: 20% increase in sales in 6 months, 30% increase in membership this year, reduce admin costs by 15% in 3 months
If we were to be celebrating a successful website strategy in 12 months time, what would that have to look like? How many website visitors? How many leads? How many sales? Be as descriptive as you possibly can.

We're building your ideal customer.

Time to get very specific. You might have one or two or three ideal clients, but the one ideal kind who buys from you, connects and gets you, whose problem you specifically solve well.... who are they?
Or identifies as, has the shopping/consumer habits of this sex.
eg: research product information, get contact details, ask questions about services, pricing
Here's the thing - the best relationships we build with customers are when we solve internal problems, not external ones. Oooooh! Like us for example. External problem - I need a website on the internets. Internal problem - how do I trust a website company when I can do it myself? What platform do I use? What even do I put on a website? What does a developer even do? I'm so scared and and confused, what do I need to do next? Philosophical problem - am I even good enough for this investment? Do I have what it takes in business?What internal, external, and philosophical problems do you solve? This might take you a good chunk of time to think about - just have a crack and we'll develop this as we go along.
